The job search experience can be daunting for candidates. We don’t think it has to be.
Our team at Axis sees our candidates as important members of our community and center candidate experience in our process design. We help you put your best foot forward for your searches with Axis and beyond.
To every candidate, we make the following commitments:
◢ We only partner with organizations that we identify as bringing authenticity and a growth mindset to their diversity, equity and inclusion journey.
◢ We center equitable and inclusive practices in all of our candidate engagement, from our research practices to our evaluation mechanisms and how we support candidates through a process.
◢ Transparency is a cornerstone of equitable search practice, so we make requirements and information explicit and transparent.
◢ We review every application for every search we conduct. We believe in giving space and dedicating significant time for candidates to speak to the areas of their experience that are assets, as well as those that have been hurdles – without judgment.
◢ We give you the chance to tell your story. We also dedicate time to prepare candidates for every touch point with our partner organization, ensuring you are positioned to put your best foot forward.
◢ We strive to be a home for mission-driven leaders of color and others from historically excluded backgrounds and we commit to providing resources for support. This does not mean that we overlook candidates who don’t identify as people of color or that we won’t consider them candidates for our searches.
◢ We take care of ourselves so that we can take care of our candidates and clients.
