Executive Search
For over a decade, we have offered full executive search services, which includes full spectrum support, from building the tools and processes to sourcing and interviewing incredible candidates to make a successful, competency-driven hire. Our process balances strong project management and organization, high touch care for candidates and busy search committees, and an intentional rigorous process that integrates equitable practices throughout and includes our renowned and research-based mitigating bias training for all interviewers.
Executive search clients can expect a process that centers equity and inclusivity at every turn:
◢ Cost: For full executive search, we charge a flat fee of approximately ⅓ of the projected salary for the new hire.
◢ Timeframe: On average, full executive search takes 3.5 to 4 months to complete, from posting the position to making an offer.

Full Search Support for Non-Executive Roles
We also specialize in non-executive hiring, lending our expertise and approach to all levels of roles. For manager and director level positions, we offer full search support, from job description creation to making an offer, working with you to set a goal of making an offer within 60 days of posting.

◢ Cost: For full search, we charge a flat fee of approximately ⅓ of the projected salary for the new hire.
◢ Timeframe: On average, a full search should take approximately two months to complete, from posting the position to making an offer.

Targeted Search
A popular and streamlined offering for organizations with in-house recruiting or HR teams, that need support building out a candidate pool and evaluation tools, we provide targeted support for all role levels. This engagement typically includes writing or re-tooling a job description, creating the interview process, including guides and feedback surveys, and evaluating and presenting 4-6 candidates that meet our agreed-upon criteria. Organizations then manage the process we’ve designed from second-stage interviewing to hiring.
◢ Cost: $30-50K, and based on projected salary for the role
◢ Timeframe: Average engagement for a targeted search is 8-10 weeks, including discovery, job description creation, and building and delivering a candidate pool.
Ala Carte Search Support
For organizations that need additional capacity on discrete recruitment supports, and would benefit from having expert recruiters write a job description, design and interview process and tool, review resumes for an open position, or screen applicants. Reach out to us to schedule a conversation about small project support.
◢ Cost: Typically ranges from $5 to 20K.
◢ Timeframe: Ranges from 2-6 weeks depending on scope and supports.
Training
After years of positive feedback from our partners and requests for additional capacity building, we are proud to offer two trainings for organizations interested in going deeper to disrupt bias in their hiring work, or to build the capacity of hiring managers or recruitment teams to create and manage hiring processes that incorporate equity practices throughout. Both trainings are adapted to organizational context in discovery meetings to ensure we connect our material to the needs of each organization.
◢ Mitigating Bias in Hiring
A two-hour interactive session for participants of all experience levels, focusing on what we know of implicit bias in general, the most common biases that show up in hiring, and what we can do to interrupt those biases.
◢ The Equitable Hiring Process
A two-part (three hours in total) interactive training that teaches hiring managers, recruitment teams and search committees how to do what we do. The sessions include the key components of our signature mitigating bias session while covering
our signature “Mitigating Bias in Hiring” training as a standalone offering, as well as training customized to your organization on how to run an equity-centered search process.
◢ Cost: Our training starts at $5k per session for up to 10 staff members.
◢ Timeframe: 90 to 120 minutes per session.
