We protect and nurture our organizational core values with fierce devotion and at every turn. We thread all budgeting, project and structural decisions through this values lens. Our paradigm for management better supports and activates the skills, talents and natural expressions of work people bring with them with a team member-driven focus on development and capacity building. We continually examine our current state and collaborate on the design of a collective ideal state.
